CityEngine Assistant data use

Chat messages, recent conversation context and relevant approved knowledge excerpts are sent to OpenAI to produce answers. The application requests store=false; this does not describe every provider retention policy. Recent chat context is held in a server session.

Details you review and submit through an inquiry or appointment form are stored for staff follow-up. Selected city is routing context, not verified residence or business ownership. Private staff tools hold submitted requests, mailbox copies, appointment records and phone history. Email and SMS use the configured mail and phone providers.
